I'm Prepared But It Can't Be Seen

The Church must invest in making room for new disciples. New people come with new ideas and perspectives. There seems to always be a segment of The Church who are not readily open to embracing new ideas. There are people in The Church who are prepared but The Church has not invested to see how expanding involvement will ultimately impact growth and effectiveness.
