The Community Must Have Leadership

There is a crisis of leadership in the Christian Church. Integrity and character are not the bedrock for leadership anymore. This has caused people to distrust leadership and not fully commit to following God-led leaders. In order for the community of disciples to be effective there must be leadership. In order for leaders to be effective there must be fellowship (the willingness to follow your leader).
