Hungry

Disciplined discipleship requires hunger for God’s presence. It’s not enough to just read the Word. Disciples must consume the Word. Jeremiah discovered the Word and immediately became pleased to the point where the text says he devoured it. He had to take a moment to be in the presence of God and plead his issues. As disciples we must be hungry for what God will say, do, and require of us.
